The Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission (NCPC) Mr. John Kennedy Opara and members of the Conference of States visited the survivals of the Nyanya Bomb explosion at the National hospital and the Asokoro General Hospital respectively.
At the Asokoro General Hospital, the delegation was warmly received by the Medical Director Dr. Abubakar Amodu who conducted the NCPC boss and his team to about three male surgical wards and observation room where the survivals are receiving treatment.
Mr. Opara and his team prayed for each of them that the Lord would hasten their healings.
At the National Hospital Abuja, the delegations were received by the Acting Chief Medical Director, Dr. Jeff Momoh who also conducted the NCPC Team to some of the wards.
The NCPC boss after his visit to the two Hospitals called on all Nigerians to embrace peace, noting that “we are all one before God”.
Both the Chief Executives of the two Hospitals affirmed that most of the survivals have been discharged and some would be discharge very soon. They equally admitted that the management of both Hospitals ensured that the survivals are receiving prompt medical attention.
The NCPC boss also provided a token to each of the survivals as a form of assistance to them.
